The one who didn’t get away – Madie joined Pod as an intern originally, but having graduated from university, returned to take up a full time position. Far from her youth and limited exposure being seen as a disadvantage, the enthusiasm, energy and desire to learn she brought to Pod was instrumental in developing her role.
As an account manager, Madie is the first to say that customer-centric thinking is vital in driving innovation. Working one-on-one with clients allows her to gather direct user feedback, understand pain points, and approach problems with end users in mind.
As Pod’s Manage module expert, Madie combines her technical knowledge and customer insight to think critically about product design, usability, and business needs ensuring that Pod’s Manage module is a continually evolving and improving feature.
