Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing IoT North America Outbound Sales and Partnership representative. The successful candidate will manage and lead aspects of our outbound USA sales team and will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone,email, linkedin, etc
  • Market Research to develop warm leads
  • Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Up sell additional products as need arises
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to business development team
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
  • Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
  • Attend networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads (when this can be safely done)

Must-Haves

  • Has a proven track record in IoT sales and is looking to further their career
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational skills, and common sense
  • Experience working with CRM
  •  Demonstrated ability in executing KPIs/measurables within a sales team, providing detailed reporting and forecasting for business planning purposes
  • Ability to create and maintain ecosystem partnerships identifying value creation opportunities with a longer-term focus
  • Skilled in contract negotiation
  • Skilled in presenting and creation of materials linked to sales activity
  • Proven track record of achieving sale objectives and targets
  • Ready to challenge the status-quo, and drive innovative ideas

Salary

60K to 100K, dependent on experience.

DESCRIPTION

What do we do? We have applications and platforms to service more than 500 clients through a web interface and API. Currently, our database weighs 500GB, supports a concurrency of 1000 requests per minute (200ms of response) and consists of a cluster. We use Node.js, golang and python + MongoDB, posgresql technologies in the backend and Angular in the frontend. Our entire infrastructure is hosted by cloud providers (VPS and bare-metal), AWS and Azure with Linux servers (Ubuntu Server/CentOs / Debian).

 

As Senior DevOps Engineer your mission will be:

-Designing, building, testing, delivering and supporting service mesh.

-Working with the development team on design & implementation of new rollouts.

-Working on design & implementation of large scale systems.

-Defining and improving our SLA, SLO, SLI to determine what is going to break and when.

-Using best practices in system design and automation standards.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, building CI/CD, Ansible, GitOps, MongoDB, PostgresSQL.

– Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK or Zabbix

– Good knowledge of AWS, mainly in the services EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Cloudwatch.

– Knowledge of Linux systems.

– Development/scripting skills (Golang, python or bash).

– Desire to improve the infrastructure and yourself.

– A Good root cause analysis.

– Knowledge of Packer, Spinnaker, Kafka, and data services in AWS is a plus.
